Thanks to our easy-to-use design, homeowners are able to change out a light switch in 15 seconds without any tools, calling an electrician, or even turning off a breaker! Putting a motion sensor switch in the laundry room or a smart dimmer in the family room for a movie-time scene has never been easier.

Projects you’ll work on
While not all positions may have specific projects assigned, there could be opportunities for project-based work, especially for roles that involve strategic initiatives, process improvements, or product development. Projects may vary depending on business needs and the specific focus of the Inside Sales team. Day-to-day expectations
Must Haves
2-3 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written communication)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Proficiency in Hubspot
Strong self-starter mentality and capabilities
Strong strategic thinking skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent follow up and follow through skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends, as needed
