Isabel Carrera Quiroga

Isabel Carrera Quiroga has a long history of working in various roles in the business world. Isabel began their career in 2012 as a Business Analyst Intern at McKinsey & Company. Isabel then moved up to Business Analyst in 2014, Associate in 2018, and Engagement Manager in the same year. In 2021, they joined Mercado Libre as Head of Growth and User Engagement at MercadoPago and Manager Engagement Wallet QR at MercadoPago. Currently, they are the Chief Strategy and People Officer at Deal Engine.

Isabel Carrera Quiroga completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 2013. Isabel then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 2018.
