Oksana Boiko

Oksana Boiko started their work experience in 2015 as an HR professional at Luxoft. Oksana then moved on to work as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and IT Recruiter at LoopMe from November 2016 to October 2019. Currently, they are working as a Recruiting Lead at Finsight Group Inc | Deal Roadshow, starting in November 2019.

Oksana Boiko completed a Bachelor's degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity from Dnipro University of Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the same university from 2013 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in Ukrainian Sourcing School from EvoTalents in June 2018 and completed a program called "7 steps to leadership" at Luxoft in June 2016.
