Marius Margowski

Marius Margowski is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and agile methodologies. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Dealcode since August 2021, Marius leads agile teams, decides on technology stacks, and played a pivotal role in growing the Dealcode AI-guided selling software to over €1 million in annual recurring revenue. Previously, Marius held the position of CTO at 20Scoops Venture Capital GmbH & Co. KG from June 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing software delivery teams and providing startup consulting. Marius began as a Project Manager IT and transitioned to Salesforce Consultant & Certified Scrum Master at mindsquare GmbH, highlighting a strong background in both project management and technical consulting. Marius holds a Master of Science in Informatik and a Bachelor of Science in Informatik from Universität zu Lübeck, complemented by a certification in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Menno Henselmans.
