Don George has a diverse work experience history, starting as a C and Assembly Language Programmer at Chi Corp. in 1992. Don then moved on to work as a Math and Logic Instructor at The Princeton Review before transitioning to a role as a Marketing Database Consultant at Airwalk Footwear. Don then took on the position of Senior Systems Analyst (Technical Lead) at L'Oreal (previously Matrix Essentials) in 1996. Following this, they joined TMW Systems (a Trimble Company) where they held several roles, such as Senior Analyst, PACE Senior Developer, Manager of Platform Independent Development, and Business Intelligence Strategy Manager. Don also served as the VP of Information Technology at Tazmanian Freight Systems and a Consultant at Keppler Tyse before becoming Senior SQL Software Engineer and later Team Lead, Data Engineering at Dealer Tire in 2019 and 2022, respectively. Throughout their career, Don has demonstrated expertise in various technologies such as SQL, C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and more, contributing significantly to each organization they have worked with.

Don George completed their high school education at Fairview High School from 1983 to 1987. Don then attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1990, majoring in Computer Engineering. Don later obtained a Bachelors degree in Systems and Control Engineering from Case Western Reserve University from 1990 to 1992. Lastly, Don pursued an EMBA in Executive Management from Baldwin Wallace University from 2004 to 2006.
