Ryan Revere has a long history of working in the customer service and operations industry. Ryan began their career in 2008 as a Client Services Representative at Vanguard, where they advised customers on their investments and processed loans and withdrawals. In 2010, they joined USAA as an Investment Representative, where they advised customers in a call center environment on budgeting, banking, investments, and insurance. In 2012, they joined DealerPeak, LLC, where they held three positions: Director of Training and Product Management, Operations and Project Manager, and Lead Trainer. In these roles, they collaborated with the Executive team to put in place operational processes to lower customer attrition rate, analyzed business operations to recommend new policies and procedures, created and led employee training sessions, and visited clients nationwide to install and maintain the company's system.
Ryan Revere obtained their Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2016. Ryan then continued their education at the University of Phoenix, graduating with a Master of Arts in Public Administration in 2018. In 2021, they obtained their Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
