Leigh Duecy, SPHR

Leigh Duecy, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in talent acquisition, employee development, and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Silvercar since August 2012, Leigh has also held the title of Director of Human Resources in the same company. Additionally, Leigh has been the Vice President of Human Resources at Dealerware since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Talent Management and Director of Training at Grande Communications. Before that, Leigh worked at Kelly Services from 1994 to 2000, advancing from Recruiter to Branch Manager. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Journalism from Kansas State University and received further education at Baker University.
