Karol Klepacki

Karol Klepacki has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as the CEO of KOIA, where they focus on delivering value to clients' companies, specializing in climate-tech and fintech. Under their leadership, KOIA has successfully helped climate-tech clients secure multimillion-dollar seed rounds and become experts in Norwegian data integrations. Karol also had a role as the CTO of Dealflow.no starting in 2018. Karol Klepacki pursued post-graduate studies in Modern Methods of Software Engineering at Gdańsk University of Technology from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology between 2005 and 2010.
