Omri Oshriel has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Omri started their career in 2013 at Systematics Ltd. Solutions at work as an Application Engineer, where they gained extensive expertise in design and simulations using SOLIDWORKS software. Omri later transitioned to a Technical Product Marketing Manager role, overseeing sales, marketing, and support for three mechanical simulations products. In 2021, they joined CASTOR as the Head of Customer Success, where they played a pivotal role in developing the startup's customer success infrastructure and maintaining client relations. Currently, Omri works at DealHub.io as a Customer Success Manager, where they serve as the main point of contact for customers, builds strong relationships, and leads implementation and training sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Throughout their career, Omri has demonstrated their ability to effectively engage with customers, drive customer success, and contribute to product development and growth strategies.

Omri Oshriel holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained between the years 2009 and 2013. Omri further pursued their education at Tel Aviv University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Omri Oshriel has also obtained the certification of being a Certified SOLIDWORKS Mechanical Design Expert from Dassault Systèmes in February 2020.
