Ricky Matsuno

Ricky Matsuno has over 13 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting. Ricky began their career in 2008 as an Export Agent at Nippon Express USA. In 2010, they became a Senior Technical Recruiter at International Programming & Systems, Inc. (IPS America), where they provided staffing solutions for customers in Bio-technology, healthcare, SaaS start-ups, and various technology organizations nationwide. In 2015, they moved to BlueJeans Network as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they helped customers to connect with each other seamlessly anytime, anywhere, and from practically any device. In 2017, they joined Elementum SCM as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, where they helped to make running supply chains easier. In 2020, they became the Talent Acquisition Manager (Head of Talent) at Dynamic Signal by Firstup, where they helped hundreds of companies across every business sector increase brand equity, reduce risk, and grow their businesses. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Talent Acquisition at Dealpath, the real estate industry's leading cloud-based deal management platform.

Ricky Matsuno obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in East Asian humanities and social sciences from the University of California, Davis, followed by further studies in East Asian humanities and social sciences at the University of California, Berkeley.
