Kans H.

Kans H. has a solid background in product management and quality assurance. They have worked at DealRoom since 2015, starting as a QA Lead and later moving on to become a Product Manager and eventually the Head of Product (VP) for DealRoom. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing product development, managing engineering tasks, optimizing internal processes, and driving organic growth strategies. They have also established QA processes and addressed common issues, leading to improved product quality and customer satisfaction. Prior to their time at DealRoom, Kans worked at Awatum-m as a QA Engineer and later as a QA Lead, where they led a team in managing the quality of multiple software products and implemented processes to reduce rework. They have consistently excelled in their QA performance and efficiency.

Kans H. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Computer Science from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, completing their education from 2008 to 2013.
