Svetlana Zedgenidzeva

Svetlana Zedgenidzeva has a diverse work experience starting in 2010. Svetlana served as the Academic Development Team Lead at the Children's and Teen's Centre of Yakutsk from 2010 to 2012. In 2014, they worked as an Accounting Assistant at Alians-2005. Svetlana then joined EY in 2015 as an Audit Intern in the financial services sector before becoming a Business School Ambassador at Cardiff University in 2015. At EY, they held various positions including Audit Associate, Audit Senior, Audit Assistant Manager, and Audit Manager, specializing in financial services. Svetlana also participated in the Future VC Remote Attendee program organized by Diversity VC in 2020. Svetlana's most recent work experience is as the Head of Operations at DealsPlus starting in 2022.

Svetlana Zedgenidzeva holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting and Finance from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Additionally, they have obtained the ACA certification from ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs. Svetlana also holds a Diploma in Business Management from the Management Development Institute of Singapore. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Università Bocconi.
