Cliff Schafer

Cliff Schafer is an experienced Chief Estimator currently with Dean Builds, Inc. since August 2022, previously holding the same position at Greiner Construction from November 2012 to August 2022, along with responsibilities in Preconstruction Services. Prior to that, Cliff Schafer worked as an Estimator at Weis Builders from January 2006 to November 2012, focusing on multi-unit residential, senior independent and assisted living, retail, and commercial construction projects. Cliff Schafer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
