Elsbeth Grant

Elsbeth Grant has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Elsbeth began their career as an Education Intern for eSpark Learning in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Mathematics Teacher at The Young Women's Leadership School of the Bronx for the NYC Department of Education. In 2017, they worked as a Student Consultant and Summer Associate for the Center for Public Research and Leadership. Elsbeth also worked as a School Success Intern for DeansList that same year. From 2018 to 2022, they worked for the Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens, where they held the roles of Chief Advancement Officer, Director of Education & Impact, and Director of Education. Finally, in 2022, they became the Chief Of Staff for DeansList.

Elsbeth Grant has an extensive education history. Elsbeth obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology from the University of Chicago between 2009 and 2013. Elsbeth then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) from Relay Graduate School of Education in 2015, with a focus in Secondary Education and Teaching. In 2018, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School, with a focus in Social Enterprise and Education Reform. In 2014, they also obtained a Blended Learning Orientation certification from CFY.
