Paul Florece

Paul Florece has extensive experience in the field of process development and engineering, currently serving as Team Lead at Debut since July 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at CP Kelco from May 2015 to July 2023, including Supervisor of the Pilot Plant, Process Research and Development Engineer, Process Technologist, and Technologist. Previously, Paul worked as a Process Development Associate at BP Biofuels from September 2012 to May 2015 and gained initial experience as a Research Associate Intern at General Atomics from November 2009 to June 2011. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from San Diego State University, which was obtained between 2008 and 2012.
