Taylor Oswald

Taylor Oswald is an accomplished professional in the field of scientific research and product innovation, currently serving as the Director of Ingredient and Product Innovation at Debut since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Research Scientist and Research and Development Scientist at Rodan + Fields from May 2016 to April 2022, and as a Scientist at ProZyme, Inc. from June 2015 to May 2016. Earlier in the career, Taylor held positions as a Laboratory Technician at the Carnegie Institution for Science, R&D Research Technician III at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company, and completed an undergraduate research project at Gonzaga University. Taylor also gained experience as a Science Undergraduate Laboratory Intern at Idaho National Laboratory.
