Diane Odom is an experienced talent acquisition professional specializing in healthcare recruitment, particularly within the dental and behavioral health sectors. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition & Doctor Partnership at DECA Dental Group since January 2022, Diane is instrumental in the organization's expansion across the United States. Prior to DECA, Diane held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager for Doctor Recruiting at Aspen Dental Management, Inc., where support was provided to over 1,000 dental practices nationwide. Diane's experience also includes a role as Regional Doctor Recruiter for DentalOne Partners, focusing on recruiting both General Dentists and Specialists, as well as a decade at Horizon Health, where successful recruitment of Psychiatrists for behavioral health positions was achieved.
