Edgardo Erts Valera

Edgardo Erts Valera is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in process development and production engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Process Development Engineering at Nepeshayyim since February 2022, Edgardo has also held the position of Principal Process Engineer at Deca Technologies since November 2016. Previously, Edgardo worked as a Senior Staff Plating Process Engineer at SunPower Philippines Manufacturing Limited and took on various roles at Decatechnologies Inc. and Transition Optical Philippines Inc. not to mention early experience as a process engineer at IBIDEN PHILIPPINES, INC. Edgardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Saint Louis University, Baguio City, obtained in 2000. Key competencies include managing improvement initiatives related to yield, capacity, and cost, demonstrating strong leadership and risk assessment capabilities throughout a diverse range of manufacturing processes.
