Sylvia Wu

Sylvia Wu is an experienced regional editor with a focus on Asia and Northern & Eastern Europe at Decanter since April 2012, where responsibilities include building relationships with wine professionals in China, editing Chinese editorial content, and monitoring the Chinese wine market. Prior to this role, Sylvia interned at Wallpaper* managing social media accounts and proofreading, served as a marketing assistant and trainer at Systems Consulting & Supplies Ltd., and worked as an account executive at Beijing Dentsu, handling client communications for major projects. Sylvia holds a Level Three certification in Wine and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, a Master's degree in New Media and Society from the University of Leicester, and a Bachelor's degree in International Journalism and Communication from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
