P.eng. Katya Seravalle Mba

Katya Seravalle, P.Eng., MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of New Product Development at DECAST, a role assumed in August 2021. Prior to this, Katya held various leadership positions at Trylon from November 2014 to August 2021, including Senior Manager of Client Management in Engineering Services, where responsibilities included leading project managers to achieve revenue targets and maintain client satisfaction. Previous roles included management of process control, quality assurance, and opportunity development within engineering services, alongside experience as a project manager for both US and UK operations. Katya's earlier career includes significant project management and engineering coordination roles at DECAST and internships with Hydro One. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Schulich School of Business, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto. Katya is also noted for an extensive music background, holding an Associate of the Royal Conservatory (ARCT) in Piano Performance.
