Suwit Praphansi

Suwit Praphansi has a diverse and extensive background in retail management and leadership, primarily with Decathlon. Since January 2019, Suwit has served as the How to Sell Leader in Decathlon Thailand, overseeing visual merchandising, modernizing store formats, and enhancing brand identity. Notable previous roles include Store Leader, where Suwit managed the omni sports retail business, and Thailand Concept Network Leader, focusing on best practices and customer journey optimization. Additionally, Suwit has contributed as a Fundamental of Leader Trainer at Decathlon International and held various leadership positions, including Omni Basketball Leader in Singapore and Store Layout Movement Leader in Thailand. Suwit holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from RMUTL, obtained in 2016.
