Tao Thongkong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both people management and legal strategy. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Decathlon Thailand since December 2015, Tao drives business strategies and fosters a people-centered organizational culture focused on inclusivity and individual growth. Prior roles at Decathlon include Store Leader for locations such as Rama IV and Pattaya, where successful team management and profitable business development were achieved.
