Royce Gastineau

Royce Gastineau has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as Captain at the Decatur Police Department since July 2008, overseeing Support Services, Professional Standards, Communications, and Property. Prior roles within the Decatur Police Department include Patrol Sergeant and Patrol Officer. Additionally, Royce served as a Police Officer for Tarrant County College District from May 2006 to June 2008 and worked as a Store Manager at Mervyn's for a short period in 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas, earned between 2002 and 2004, following studies at Tarleton State University from 1999 to 2002.
