Currently serving as an External Collaborator for Decelera, Justina has played a key role in supporting early-stage startups in refining their value propositions and investor pitches. Prior roles include Real Estate Advisor at aProperties, Deputy Director of Innovation & Product Development at INECO, Chief Innovation Officer at ITRB GROUP, and Executive Director at Advanced Leadership Foundation. Justina has also held significant positions at Telefonica, where responsibilities included implementing new investment policies, leading the Venture Capital Program, and managing fintech product launches. Justina's educational background includes degrees in Economics and Business Administration from CUNEF and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as a Master's degree in International Business from Universidad Camilo José Cela and executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
