Prior to this, Wayman Kwan was the Founder of DECENT, a nonprofit foundation established in October 2015 that created an open-source blockchain ecosystem aimed at helping businesses transition into a distributed future, leveraging proprietary technology and the DCore platform to enhance various applications, particularly in content distribution networks.
