Charles Rieser

Charles Rieser is an experienced professional with a robust background in strategic development and systems engineering. Since December 2012, Charles has served as Director of Strategic Development at deciBel Research, Inc. Prior to this role, Charles held positions at Davidson Technologies, Teledyne Brown Engineering, CSC, Pinnacle Group Worldwide, Dun & Bradstreet, and McCormick and Dodge, accumulating extensive expertise in areas such as modeling and simulation, consulting services, and system architecture. Notably, Charles was the Chief Architect of the Objective Simulation Framework at Teledyne Brown Engineering and directed consulting services at CSC, demonstrating a strong capability in leadership and technical innovation throughout a career spanning over three decades.
