Eric Morgan

Vice President for Modeling and Simulation at deciBel Research

Eric Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric started their career in 1997 with the United States Air Force as an Acquisition Officer and later served as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer. Eric then took on roles as a Staff/Action Officer, Graduate Student, and Program Element Monitor/Executive Officer. In 2011, they became a Squadron Commander and later transitioned to the role of Development/Engineering Branch Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Director of Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense and also worked as the Military Deputy to the Chief Architect. Most recently, in 2021, they joined deciBel Research, Inc. as a Senior Program Integrator and later became the MASC-T Program Manager. Currently, Eric is the Vice President for Modeling and Simulation at deciBel Research, Inc.

Eric Morgan has a Master of Science - MS degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, which was completed in 2009. In 1999, they earned a Master of Science - MS degree in Engineering Systems Management from St. Mary's University. Prior to that, in 1996, they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico. Additionally, Eric has completed the Program Manager's Course from Defense Acquisition University in 2015. Furthermore, they have a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, but the specific time of obtaining this certification is unknown. Eric also attended Joint Forces Staff College, National Defense University, without obtaining a degree.
