Nicola Kilner

Nicola Kilner was appointed CEO of Deciem in February 2020. Nicola joined the company in 2014 as Chief operating Officer, and was responsible for overseeing all aspects of Deciem’s operations and supply chain. Prior to joining Deciem, Ms. Kilner worked for Alliance Boots from 2008 to 2014, where they held various positions, including Buying Manager for Innovation and Project Assistant for No7. Ms. Kilner began their career at Boots in 2009 as a Team Manager in store.

Nicola Kilner has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University.
