Sheela Avila

Sheela Avila is an experienced research professional with a strong background in survey research and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Research Manager at Decision Analyst since January 2023, Sheela is responsible for overseeing all phases of survey research projects, including proposal writing and report design. Prior roles include Senior Project Director at Lieberman, Inc. and a long tenure at Decision Analyst, where Sheela held various positions, including Senior Research Manager, Research Analyst, and Project Manager. Additionally, experience at Metroplex Pain Management involved managing insurance-related projects. Sheela holds a degree from Texas A&M University and attended Jakarta Intercultural School.
