Stephen Hile

Stephen Hile is a data analytics professional with extensive experience in program evaluation and data management. Currently serving as the Data Analytics and Reporting Manager at Decision Information Resources since December 2021, Stephen previously held multiple roles at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from December 2013 to November 2021, including Program Data Analytics Team Lead and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. Prior to that, Stephen worked at GMHC from June 2009 to August 2013, where positions included Assistant Director of Research and Evaluation and Coordinator of Program Research and Evaluation. Stephen holds a Master of Social Work degree in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Hope College.
