Creative Director at DECISION PINNACLE

Shivakant Menon has a diverse range of work experience in various creative roles. Shivakant started their career as a News Reporter for Deccan Herald Media Company, where they covered sectors such as Transport and Urban Infrastructure. After that, they worked as a Senior Copywriter at Method Advertising, where they developed successful campaigns for brands like Kochi Metro and Café Coffee Day.

In 2015, Shivakant joined The LINKS India Pvt Ltd as an Associate Creative Director, leading a team of 20+ members and playing a key role in brand positioning and strategy. Shivakant also served as a Group Copy Supervisor, overseeing digital and offline campaigns for brands like Pullman Novotel and Audi India.

Later on, Shivakant joined Pepper Media as an Associate Creative Director, where they led a team in delivering creative branded video content and developing web-series concepts. Shivakant also worked as Head of Content at DaMENSCH, where they were responsible for content development.

In 2019, Shivakant took on the role of Head of Brand Strategy at Mixed Route Juice, contributing to the development of brand strategies.

Shivakant also has experience in the non-profit sector, working as an SBC Communication Consultant for Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives (CInI), Tata Trusts. In this role, they worked on content strategy and communication plans for tribal families.

Most recently, Shivakant has been working as the Creative Director at DECISION PINNACLE, where they lead the creative direction for the company.

Shivakant Menon completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the Manipal Institute of Communication, Manipal, from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended the International Indian School in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Business/Commerce, General from 1995 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Shivakant Menon has obtained certifications in Advanced Branding, Storytelling for Advertising Campaigns, and Writing Ad Copy from LinkedIn in 2018.
