Yoni P.

Yoni P. has a diverse range of work experience. Yoni started their career as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they supported students and facilitated academic progress. Following that, Yoni worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Qualitas Health, where they authored and implemented a Standard Operating Procedures manual and provided process improvement consultation. At Connectrix Inc., Yoni served as a Systems Control Efficiency Engineer, designing and testing new system processes and implementing a labeling method that reduced installation time and errors. Yoni then co-founded and served as the CTO of DestaPlan, a social trip-planner, where they managed the product development lifecycle, conducted beta testing, and implemented targeted marketing efforts resulting in user growth and increased session duration. Currently, Yoni is employed at Decision Point as the Director of Technical Operations.

Yoni P. started their education at the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2010, where they studied engineering. Yoni then transferred to the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2011 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2014. In 2015, Yoni P. enrolled at Bentley University and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management in 2017. During the same period, they also earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Bentley University.
