Claudia Sanchez

Claudia is responsible for the overall product roadmap, technology delivery and day to day operations. Her leadership is instrumental in aligning the platform vision with the overall business strategy, establishing operational policies and executing against Decision Ready’s goals and objectives.

Claudia's operational expertise stems from over 21 years of experience in financial services and mortgage servicing verticals. During her 10 years at Bank of America, she led many departments with a focus towards achieving efficiencies in various servicing processes including Customer Service, Mortgage Payoffs, Reconveyance, Tax and Insurance groups. At Bank of America, Claudia was instrumental in benchmarking one of the first Loss Mitigations groups and helped mitigate millions of dollars in losses and improved asset performance.

Additionally, Claudia provided leadership at Downey Savings and Option One Mortgage, where she applied her management skills and default servicing domain knowledge to improve the Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy processes.

Claudia holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from California State University Fullerton.
