Charles Hubay

Charles Hubay's work experience includes serving as the President/Principal at Decision Sciences starting in 1981. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Associate at The Rand Corporation from 1976 to 1981.

Charles Hubay attended the University of Cincinnati from 1966 to 1971, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Master of Arts (MA) in Sociology. Later, from 1971 to 1976, they pursued a Ph.D. in Sociology with a specialization in Demography at the University of Southern California.
