Ed’s background has encompassed Enterprise and IT Asset Management, Service Management, Data Intelligence, Risk & Compliance as well as Software Asset Management and Vulnerability management. He has driven the successful release of multiple industry-leading commercial SaaS offerings through his stakeholder-driven methodology of collecting insights from key constituents, identifying business challenges, and creating outcome-based solutions. He leads Decisiv’s Product, Engineering, and Customer Solutions teams focused on driving growth and expansion in the next wave of SRM solutions.
