Ruben Araya

Ruben Araya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical project and program management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Project and Program Manager at Decisiv, Inc. since June 2013. Prior to this role, Ruben was a Business Operations Manager in the PMO at IBM from March 2010 to May 2013, where responsibilities included contract program management and leadership of a CRM operations team in Costa Rica. Additionally, Ruben directed contact center operations at Datascension from August 2002 to January 2010, overseeing six facilities across five countries and managing a large team. Earlier in the career, Ruben held roles as Operations Manager and Team Leader, contributing to operational strategy execution, team management, and performance analysis. Educational qualifications include a degree from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, completed in 2005.
