Greg Miller

Greg Miller has a diverse and extensive work experience. Greg is currently working as the Director and CX Transformation Solutions | CCaaS Practice Lead at DecisivEdge, LLC since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Marketing at DecisivEdge, LLC from April 2012 to January 2022. Greg also held the position of Head of Sales & Marketing at CorVant, LLC from April 2012 to April 2022, where they provided oversight and strategic direction for the company. Greg Miller was the Chief Marketing Officer at 5thPort from January 2019 to January 2022, a healthtech company focused on patient engagement software. Before that, they were the Principal owner and CEO of Portland Marketing Group, Inc. from March 2006 to March 2012, responsible for the overall management and growth of the company. Greg also has extensive experience at MBNA America, where they held various leadership roles in contact center executive positions from 1994 to 2006.

Greg Miller attended Le Moyne College from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics. In 2022, they also obtained a Five9 Administrator Certification from Five9.
