Johnson West, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Payroll at Deckers Brands since August 2011, overseeing ADP PayForce, ADP ezLabor, and ADP Streamline on a global scale. Previously, Johnson held the role of Payroll Manager, managing the transition from ADP PayeXpert to ADP PayForce and overseeing EZ Labor T & A. Prior experience includes serving as Payroll Supervisor at Tractor Supply Company, where ADP Enterprise V. 5 and Kronos T & A were utilized, and as Benefits Data Specialist implementing CompuPay to ADP H&W Service Engine. Johnson's career also includes positions at The Walt Disney Company and Walt Disney Internet Group, focusing on payroll and compensation systems. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University and further studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
