Rimsha Rafique

Rimsha Rafique has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2017, they started their career as an Internship Trainee at MCB Bank Limited. Rimsha then moved on to Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited, where they held two positions: Marketing and Sales Officer from January 2020 to October 2020, and Management Trainee Officer from April 2019 to December 2019. In 2021, Rimsha worked as an Associate People Excellence at Khaleef Technologies until April 2022. Currently, they hold the role of People Associate at Decklaration, starting in October 2022.

Rimsha Rafique completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. Rimsha attended this institution from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab, from 2014 to 2018. Furthermore, in February 2023, Rimsha Rafique obtained a certification in "Recruitment: IT Basics for IT Recruiters" from Udemy.
