Spencer Shearer

Spencer Shearer is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Manager at Decks and Docks Lumber Company since January 2018, Spencer also holds the position of CEO at Bullhead Integrated Development since August 2017. Previously, Spencer worked as an Assistant Coach at Pinewood Preparatory School from August 2017 to March 2019, and as Operations Coordinator at Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC from April 2016 to August 2017. Spencer's career began as a Logistics Coordinator at Randstad USA from April 2012 to April 2017. Spencer earned a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Gordon State College, completing studies from 2010 to 2014.
