Crystal Johnson has an extensive background in customer service and logistics, currently serving as a Logistics Coordinator and previously as a Post Order Support Specialist at DecksDirect since June 2019. Prior to this, Crystal worked at Hallmark Building Supplies Inc. for seven years, where roles included Customer Service Specialist, focusing on processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and supporting the Allocation Team lead, as well as serving as a Customer Service Representative.
