Nicholas Trudel

Nicholas Trudel serves as the Operations Manager at DECO Windshield Repair since March 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing growth across three regions and assisting in the training and development of entry-level managers. Prior roles at DECO include Regional Manager, where Nicholas managed a team of over 40 staff members focused on recruitment and training, and Field Manager, providing support in operational management tasks. Nicholas started in the company as a Site Operator, gaining valuable customer service and technical skills. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Coach for the Winnipeg Freeze Jr. A Hockey Club from August 2021 to September 2023, a Power Skating Instructor at Laura Stamm Power Skating from May 2017 to August 2021, and building managerial and customer service experience at Domino's from December 2017 to March 2021. Nicholas is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Business/Management at The University of Winnipeg, expected completion in April 2024. Previous education includes a High School Diploma from Lord Selkirk Regional Comprehensive Secondary School earned in June 2018.
