Kasey Caldwell is an experienced formulation and coatings chemist with a robust professional background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Laboratory Manager at DecoArt since December 2012, Kasey specializes in the formulation and development of craft paint products and specialty coatings, alongside conducting various testing procedures for product performance. Prior experience includes roles as a Chemical Technician Specialist at Lexmark International, where advanced thermal analysis techniques were utilized, and as a Quality Control Laboratory Analyst at Martek Biosciences, focusing on quality assays for dietary oils. Kasey's early research experience at Morehead State University involved aquatic entomology and limnological studies, underpinned by a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the same institution.
