Yury Rouny

Yury Rouny has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial technology industry. Yury is currently the Head of Applications Administration Department at DECTA since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a QA Specialist at Finstek from July 2019 to February 2020. Yury also held the position of Head Of Department Division for technological solutions at Joint stock company "Banks Processing Center" for a decade, from July 2009 to June 2019.

Yury Rouny attended Belarusian National Technical University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a diploma with honors in Information Technologies. From 2007 to 2010, they studied at Belarusian State Economic University, focusing on Foreign Economic Activity Management. Yury also attended the IT Academy for a course on "Business Analysis in Software Development" but the start and end years are not provided. Additionally, Yury Rouny obtained the ISTQB - CTFL certification from BySTQB - Belarus Software Testing Qualifications Board in March 2019.
