Stefania Maglia

Stefania Maglia has extensive experience in various roles within the fashion and marketing industry. Stefania currently serves as the Director of Customer Care at DEDAR MILANO and the Fashion Marketing International Master Coordinator at IED Istituto Europeo di Design. Previously, they worked as a Partner at yourCMO, a division of YOURgroup, where they provided fractional executive services to clients. Stefania has also held positions such as Head of Marketing Western Europe at Bata Group, Business Development Manager APAC at Corneliani S.p.A., and Brand and Licensing Director at Dirk Bikkembergs. Earlier in their career, they worked at companies including Geox S.p.A., Giorgio Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, and Swatch Ltd. Stefania Maglia has expertise in brand management, product development, marketing strategy, and licensing.

Stefania Maglia attended Università Bocconi from 1989 to 1995 and earned a degree in Economics with a score of 106/110. In 2019, they pursued further education at MIP Politecnico di Milano, completing an EmBBA in Business strategy and digital marketing between 2019 and 2020. Recently, in 2021, they enrolled in a Master's program at 24ORE Business School, specializing in Innovation strategy and digital transformation.
