Hayley Lee

Hayley Lee is a consultant and business analyst at Deecon since May 2023 and co-founder of SecondstoYours, a social enterprise focused on addressing fast fashion waste by repurposing unsold products for low-income families. With experience as a Special Operations Officer at UKEC, Hayley successfully executed programs highlighting under-recognized communities in Malaysia and managed significant events that garnered substantial online reach. Further contributions include recruitment at Earth Love United Foundation, improving volunteer motivation, and interning at ADUN Kampung Tunku, where initiatives led to enhanced solar energy access for thousands of households. Hayley holds a Master of Science in International Management from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Brighton.
