Joonho Lee

Joonho Lee has a work experience in the field of machine learning engineering. In 2019, they worked as a Growth Hacker at a company called "Deep Bio Inc." where they planned and developed a marketing performance system using Python and Google Tag Manager through Google Cloud Platform. Joonho also analyzed users' tracking data and extracted meaningful insights using MYSQL, Bigquery, and Google Analytics. In 2021, Joonho Lee continued their work at "Deep Bio Inc." as a Machine Learning Engineer. Here, they analyzed histopathology images using Python PyTorch, developed and customized deep learning-based survival analysis models, and visualized and analyzed risk groups based on the risk scores from the deep learning model using logrank tests. In the same year, Joonho Lee also worked as a Data Analyst Remote at a company called "쿨라스" where they analyzed users' log data, performed feature selection using Python, scaled log data, and reduced dimensionality using PCA and Tsne techniques. Additionally, they clustered users' log data using unsupervised ML models such as KMeans and DBSCAN. In 2023, Joonho Lee continued their work at "Deep Bio Inc." as a Machine Learning Engineer.

Joonho Lee pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, specializing in Combinatorics & Optimization, at the University of Waterloo from 2017 to 2022. This degree was part of the Honours program and included a co-operative program. Additionally, Joonho obtained a minor in Computing during their time at the university.

In terms of certifications, Joonho acquired the AI Manager Process certification from the Korea IT Business Promotion Association in December 2020. They also obtained the AI Researcher Process certification from the same institution in the same month and year. Moreover, in May 2016, Joonho attended the Lloyd Auckland Invitational Mathematics Workshop at the University of Waterloo, where they received a certification for completing the workshop.
