Kelsey Bourgeois

Kelsey Bourgeois is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Kelsey currently serves as a Program Manager at Renew Home since April 2024 and is a Co-Founder of Deep Field Aromatics, successfully transitioning the brand from a soft launch to a thriving business in the personal care sector. Kelsey held several key roles at Care2 from 2016 to 2023, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Program Management. Previous experience includes serving as Communications Director for the League of Women Voters and project management for a neuroscience study at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Kelsey also built a successful yoga business and directed a teacher training program, showcasing strong leadership in the wellness industry. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
