William Ettenger

William Ettenger currently serves as the Global Compliance Officer and Head of Legal for North America at Deep Instinct and is also a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsel. With extensive legal experience, William has held positions including General Counsel at adMarketplace and various roles at Zeta Global, progressing from Corporate Counsel to Associate General Counsel. Prior legal roles include Corporate Counsel at Matomy Media Group and Corporate & Compliance Counsel at EducationDynamics, where William focused on regulatory compliance within the higher education sector. Early in the career, William gained experience as a Summer Associate at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP, and as a Judicial Extern at the United States Bankruptcy Court. William holds a JD from Villanova University and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
