Sinchana N

Sinchana N's work experience begins in 2004 as an Executive in Projects at Eternis Fine Chemicals Limited. Sinchana then worked as an Engineer - Process at Technip KT India Ltd. from 2007 to 2008. Following this, they joined GE as a Lead Engineer from 2008 to 2013. Sinchana later became a General Manager at Sepam from 2014 to 2016, handling P&L responsibilities and overseeing strategy and business development. Most recently, they have been with Deepak Group Co, first as an Executive Assistant to the CEO & ED from 2018 to 2019, then as the Head of the Central Projects Cell from 2019 to 2021, and currently as the Head of the Project Management Office since October 2021.

Sinchana N completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka from 2000 to 2004. Before that, they attended Canara College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained their 2 P.U.C with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Sinchana N also completed their AISSE from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1990 to 1998. Sinchana N further pursued their education at the Indian School of Business from 2013 to 2014, where they completed the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) with a focus on Strategy & Leadership and Operations Management. Sinchana then attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2014 as an international exchange student, where they studied Strategy. Later on, Sinchana N completed the Senior Management Program (Blended) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2018 to 2019.
